If you are a business leader, it could certainly mean less waste and a greater profit margin. If you’re in non-profit space, it could certainly mean you’d have more actively engaged volunteers. In a family, it would mean that you’re all pulling in the same direction. Whatever the case, you would have less stress and more ability to do the things that are most important. How can you become the leader others want to follow? I have a solution.
