When Work is a Duty Not a Delight
For one thing, the parking lot would empty slowly. People would bring their best because they loved what they did, and they loved who they did it with. But not many get to experience that. Work is a fight to the death, or at least it is rife with passive-aggressive behavior. It’s a job, not a mission. As I often say, when culture is bad it feels like we’re driving up to Dracula’s castle.
But I can help you succeed. Our tools and process in GiANT Worldwide are proven and reliable. Here’s what one of our clients, from an organization that’s on the rise, recently wrote:

There are many ways we help an organization, but our signature process is called 100X. It means we’re aiming for key leaders to get to 100% health and to multiply (X) those behaviors into the culture of the organization. So, commonly, I’d do two things:
- I’d perform an anonymous (and complimentary) diagnostic survey of all of your organizational employees or constituents. We’d measure Relationship, Communication, Capacity, Synergy, Alignment, and Execution.
- I’d show you the results and we’d decide what to do. Maybe you’d be satisfied and wouldn’t want to do anything further. Or maybe you’d want to take steps to get to a better place. In those instances I’d offer “good, better, best”, based on your situation, budget, and scheduling/timeline realities.
Will you perform better, become more profitable, achieve mission, enjoy work, and get the best out of one-another? Yes. And you will hate Joe less, too.
