During this 45-minute Blab I will explain a simple visual tool called “The Power Test”, which demonstrates how great leaders can use their positional power–together with personal humility–to become leaders worth following. Employees, family members, or subordinates of any kind are always asking whether their superiors are “for them”, “against them”, or “for themselves”. Eliminating this uncertainty helps build high performing individuals and teams, contributing to environments where everyone brings their best. Great leaders don’t war against humility, they embrace it. Join us to understand why, and how, to get there.
